In this article I will detail the whole process step by step from the day of signing the contract of sale and purchase (CV) at the notary, in another article later I will show you the previous procedure to take into account in the sale or purchase of your property :

1.     Signature of the CV at the notary's office

-        - The seller, on the other hand, will have to pay the municipal tax on capital gains to the town hall and, the following year, he will have to report to the tax authorities, if necessary.

-        - In the case of the buyer, he will have to pay form 600 (ITP) if he is a resident, in the case of a non-resident, the equivalent form will be form 211.

 

3.      Upon payment of the above taxes, they will be paid at the tax office, which can be done online or in person by appointment.

4.      Submission of the title deed to the land registry office, filing of the application for liquidation of the capital gains tax and filing of the aforementioned liquidations.
