Emilio and Mar are fantastic and very professional!!! They have made our buying process smooth and so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. We chose “Premium Package of Property Buyers” where you get full-scale service pre/during/post of buying process (evaluation of real market value, revision and adjusting contracts to fair conditions, revision of the documents, technical evaluation of the property, personal assistance to obtain NIE & bank account, assistance with notarization, changing of utilities to your name, short-rental license, construction permit etc). From first contact (on late afternoon on Friday) in mid December, we picked up our keys in less than three months later in beginning of March. If we texted them a question or an update they would always respond very promptly! They were immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions as we are first-time home buyers in Spain. They helped us to ensure and close our deal, thus we can enjoy this magnificent view from our purchased property. Thank you for everything!
