Top-floor apartment arranged entirely on one level The terrace and living room naturally become one shared living space. It is easy to find yourself stepping outside several times a day for morning coffee, lunch, a good book or simply a quiet moment looking out to sea. The main bedroom has direct access to the terrace, so the day can begin outdoors before the first cup of coffee. The beach is around a five-minute walk away. Carvajal train station is approximately 350 metres from the apartment. That may not sound particularly important at first. On the first hot summer’s day, it becomes a feature you appreciate very differently. From the station, there are direct train connections to both Málaga city centre and the airport, making it easy to manage without a car. Sea views and genuine walking distance to the beach rarely come together in the same apartment. Underfloor heating throughout makes the property comfortable during the winter months too. The communal swimming pool is heated by solar panels and remains open throughout the year. The two-bedroom layout works well for a couple or a small family. This is a home where much of the day is spent outdoors, exactly as life on the Costa del Sol should be.
